Vision-Language-Action models
Our robots reason about their environment, understand spoken or written commands, and translate that into precise physical movement — replacing rigid scripted routines.

HRS (Humanoid Robot Solutions) is a UK humanoid robot integrator. We take humanoid robots from demonstration to deployment across manufacturing, warehousing and logistics — proven on your floor before you commit, then integrated and trained to work safely alongside your team.
Our Robots
HRS is platform-agnostic: we select the right humanoid for each task rather than reselling a single brand. AGIBOT is our primary platform partner today — the robots behind our showcases and live demonstrations across the UK — and we evaluate and deploy other leading humanoid platforms such as Unitree and Figure as each project demands.
AGIBOTIndustrial-grade humanoid
The industrial-grade interactive humanoid already working on factory floors — and the most current platform in our fleet. Sub-millimetre dual-arm precision and round-the-clock endurance make it built for real production work, and it is the robot you will see most across our research and media.
AGIBOTInteractive demonstration humanoid
A fully bipedal, half-size humanoid built for interaction and live demonstration — the robot we put in front of an audience. Expressive, agile and engaging, X2 brings humanoid AI to life in showrooms, at events and on-site across the UK.
End-to-End Adoption
HRS makes adopting humanoid robots for manufacturing straightforward — we take you from a first trial to a deployed, working robot, bringing humanoid factory automation to your floor and taking over repetitive manual tasks. Our core services:
Founder
HRS is founder-led by an operator with a proven track record of putting robots to work on British factory floors — now bringing the same drive to the humanoid frontier.
Founder & CEO
With over twenty years in automation and robotics, Lel founded Reeco in 2016 to pioneer cobot solutions and collaborative-robot integration across the UK. What began as a vision to transform manufacturing has grown into a market-leading company of thirty-two people, serving the food and pharmaceutical industries.
Now, as humanoid robots emerge as the next frontier, Lel is launching Humanoid Robot Solutions to bring this technology to British manufacturers — drawing on the same entrepreneurial drive and deep technical expertise that built Reeco to help businesses automate work that fixed machinery never could.

AGIBOT X2 — interactive bipedal humanoidLive Demonstrations
HRS runs hands-on humanoid demonstrations in live UK environments — so you can see, interact with and evaluate humanoid AI on your own site before you commit. Our showcases run on AGIBOT robots, featuring the interactive X2.

Bringing AI to Life
Physical AI — also called embodied AI — lets robots sense, reason about and act in the real world, and it is advancing fast. Pioneers like Boston Dynamics, Tesla Optimus, Figure AI and 1X Robotics have pushed the field forward globally — HRS brings that progress to UK factory floors. At the heart of the shift are Vision-Language-Action models that let robots interpret what they see and hear and turn it into action, understanding intent rather than following scripts. Five capabilities sit behind every HRS deployment.

Our robots reason about their environment, understand spoken or written commands, and translate that into precise physical movement — replacing rigid scripted routines.

Our team physically performs tasks in motion-capture suits, generating thousands of hours of egocentric data that teaches our robots genuine human movement.

Robots learn by watching humans demonstrate tasks, then combine imitation learning with neuro-symbolic AI — so they grasp why a task is done and adapt when conditions change.

Before a robot reaches your floor, it has trained across millions of scenario variations in physics-based digital twins — reducing risk and accelerating deployment.

We put humanoids to work in live UK environments — from manufacturing and pharmaceuticals to hospitality, defence, electronics and automotive — through hands-on demonstrations.
Use Cases
Repetitive, bounded tasks around existing workstations, routes and cells — where humanoid robots deliver measurable ROI from day one.
Parts, totes and small materials moved between stations — no fixed conveyor infrastructure needed.
Loading, unloading and monitoring around existing CNC or processing cells.
Handling, packing and palletising product in environments where fixture types change frequently across shifts.
Repeatable pick-and-place, picking and part-preparation tasks close to existing assembly workstations.
Vision-led quality checks, part presentation and real-time exception flagging in the production flow.
Tote transport and material movement along brownfield routes built for people — now handled by humanoid robots without infrastructure changes.
Our Vision
Become the trusted route for practical humanoid deployment in UK manufacturing — through credible trials, measurable ROI and long-term operator support.
